We ship usps first class mail on international. this means orders do not have tracking and we don’t offer a replacement if your item is lost, stolen, or damaged in transit
international with tracking is pretty expensive, around $45, if you’d like that please email us to let us know!

Easy Returns & Exchanges
We do not accept returns on items damaged by regular wear & tears of life, though we're happy to repair/spruce up any pieces that need it. If your piece arrived damaged you need to notify us within 7 days of the receipt listed through your tracking number, and we will proceed from there. If you received something as a gift and would like to exchange it for something else, we can do that or we will allow a store credit if the piece is unworn and available as part of our current line. We do not offer refunds as each piece is custom made to order.
If you have an exchange or repair approved, we recommend returning the item to us via USPS priority with delivery confirmation. Please DO NOT use signature confirmation! Shipping costs on exchanges will be the responsibility of the buyer unless otherwise approved.
